who we are

Connecting Supports is an Adelaide-based disability and mental health alliance that provides recovery-based models of support for NDIS self and plan-managed participants. We provide face-to-face and remote services specialising in support coordination, psychosocial recovery, psychotherapy and psychology services. PLEASE NOTE: psychology services are telehealth or online (by appointment only) We offer our participants genuine one-on-one support with a dedicated team of highly qualified and experienced mental health Support Coordinators / Psychosocial recovery coaches, and Mental Health practitioners, enabling you to reach your goals, your way. Connecting Supports accommodates for smaller caseloads to ensure we, as a service, can coordinate our support and dedicate our time to every participant.

SUPPORT COORDINATION
Support coordination helps you to make the best use of your budgets within your plan. Support coordination is a capacity-building support that ensures your individual needs are met consistently and on an ongoing basis.

Support Coordinators also:

Help you achieve positive outcomes while always giving the participant total choice and control.

Connect you with relevant NDIS providers, community and mainstream services.

Aim to be responsive, while mentoring with compassion and empathy.

PSYCHOSOCIAL RECOVERY
Psychosocial Recovery Coaches have expert knowledge of mental health through formal qualifications, lived experience and recovery-based interventions. They equip participants with skills to identify goals and develop strategies that will:

Assist participants in moving forward and reaching their full potential.

Coach participants to increase their personal capacity and recovery skills, including motivation, social skills and decision-making.
-
Assist with managing the complex challenges of day-to-day living.
